Appliance Repairs in Central Coast NSW

I used ASAP recently when my washing machine needed service. After looking online to see who to call and calling a couple of other places to see how they charged for service, I saw ASAP (read the good reviews he'd received) and rang him. i had to leave a message but Tony called me back almost immediately. After asking me to explain the problem he said he correctly diagnosed the problem - it sounded like a certain small part needed replacing ( the macine is quite old, a couple of decades or more), - but if not that another one, also minor. Then gave me a quote - to come , plus replacing the part included which was better than some others' callout fees to just come and diagnose the problem. He actually came that same day and it proved his diagnosis was correct and it was soon fixed. I was impressed with Tony's professional manner, his willingness to explain the problem clearly and his service in every way. He lived up to all the good reviews totally.

I have used Tony in the past, many years ago and was very happy with his assistance. Today, I had an issue with the pump in my washing machine, I asked him, if I took it out could he test it, he said Yes and told me he would be home in a couple of hours and could do it, whilst removing it, I found a screw lodged in the rotor, removed it, tested it, now works But, I very much appreciate his quick response and his happiness to help. Highly recommend Tony and A.S.A.P. for top class service. He came out within an hour of my call. Although I know nothing about fridges or motors he didn't try to pull the wool over my eyes and so he was honest and said the motor had seized. Luckily all it needed was some minor work to get going again. All he charged was the service fee and the fridge is as good as new again.

In three words, great professional service!‘ The fridge died, I call a few local services—1 would not call out of normal hours, 2 leave a message, 3 leave a another message (still not called back a day later). Not only did Tony answer my call, he worked with me to assess the problem, gave me an affordable up front estimate and worked to accommodate my time frame arriving before 6.30am, even offering me a ride to the train station so I could get to work on time.

Tony was very helpful and informative when I rang regarding problems with my dryer. He explained the problem areas with my particular brand, the likely cause of my problem and gave an estimate for the repair over the phone. I appreciated his knowledge and his honesty and needless to say Tony got the job. When he arrived he efficiently fixed the problem, explained the preventative maintenance as it was a design fault. He could be doing himself out of future business but Tony is that sort of guy. At the completion the bill was the same as his estimate; no extras, no parts add ons, no GST add on I am a pensioner so that's important. What a revelation a helpful, honest and efficient tradesman, they are as rare as diamonds.

Fantastic... This is my new repair man honest, on-time and not over priced like others I've had out before hand. He obviously knows his stuff new exactly what was wrong with my washing machine just by asking me a couple of questions over the phone came out a few hrs later and had the job done and was the price quoted over the phone.
